A Simple Way to Stay Ahead of Your Heating and Cooling
Most of the calls I’d rather not get start with the same sentence. “It was running fine yesterday.” And honestly, it usually was. Sort of. The system had been working a little harder each month, a part was wearing down quietly, and nobody had a reason to look until the house went cold or the vents started pushing out warm air.
That gap between “fine” and “broken” is exactly what our maintenance plan is built to close.
For $20 a month, Fireside Heating & Cooling members get two maintenance visits every year, 10% off all HVAC services, priority scheduling, and access to promotions we save just for members. Prefer to pay once? The annual option is $220, which comes out a little cheaper than paying monthly. There’s no long-term contract, and you can cancel whenever you want.
What Your Membership Includes
Two Maintenance Visits, On Your Schedule
Some plans hand you a calendar and expect you to work around it. Ours doesn’t. You choose when your two visits happen. A lot of members like to split them between the cooling and heating seasons, but if a different rhythm works better for your household, that’s completely fine with us.
During each visit, a technician goes over your equipment, cleans what needs cleaning, confirms everything is operating the way it should, and flags anything that looks like it’s drifting toward a problem. If we spot something, you’ll hear about it in plain language, along with your options. Then the decision is yours. A maintenance visit is not a sales appointment, and we don’t treat it like one.

Equipment the Plan Covers
Equipment the Plan Covers
This isn’t a furnace-and-AC-only program. Your maintenance visits can include any equipment we service, which covers gas furnaces, central air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems, whole-home humidifiers, and both tank and tankless water heaters. If it keeps your home warm, cool, comfortable, or supplied with hot water, chances are we can look after it.
Why I Started Offering This Plan
After more than 11 years of doing this work across the Denver metro, I’ve noticed a pretty consistent pattern. Homeowners who have their systems checked regularly call us for small things. Homeowners who don’t tend to call us for big things. Same climate, similar equipment, wildly different repair bills.
Colorado is tough on home systems. Furnaces run for months at a time. Air conditioners battle strong sun and dry, dusty afternoons. Most of the wear happens gradually, in ways you won’t notice from the living room. A trained set of eyes catches it early, while the fix is still simple and affordable.
The other honest truth? Maintenance is easy to forget. Nobody wakes up excited to schedule a tune-up. A membership takes that mental load off your plate, so your equipment gets the attention it needs without you having to keep track of it.
Fireside is locally owned and veteran owned, fully licensed and insured, and an American Standard® Certified Dealer. We also service Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Bryant, and the other major brands you’ll find in Front Range homes. Whatever you’ve got, we know how to take care of it.
